Life Centered Therapy breaks the old behavioral patterns that we’ve been unconsciously repeating in our lives. When a similar situation arises in the future, we have the opportunity to make a NEW choice without being trapped by the past trauma.

The entire session is based on “Muscle Testing (MT)“. We ask questions; the body gives the answer, because the body never lies.

Step 1 – Identify the Highest Priority Intention (HPI) – simply meaning what would you like to happen or accomplish during the session? Sometimes what you say is just the symptoms on the surface, and something more important and fundamental is going on underneath.

Step 2 – Release the Roadblock – What is blocking your HPI from coming true?

Step 3 & 4 – Find the story and balance the block. The physical body affects the emotions and vice versa. Mind and body are always connected. Professionally guiding the client to connect the body with the physical body sensation, which allows us to find a story, followed by the “Intervention” that releases blocked energy and emotions stuck in the body.

Step 5 – Affirm that HPI is balanced and access to learnings

Life Centered Therapy allows you to balance the entire problem and situation, compared to the other healing methods that only work on one symptom at a time.
