If you experience any of the following: This session is for you.

  1. You aren’t satisfied with your current situation.
  2. You try everything you know, but nothing works!!!
  3. You don’t know what the REAL problem is.
  4. You feel drained, powerless and hopeless; you avoid taking action or making changes in your life.
  5. You fall into old behaviors and patterns, like an endless loop, and don’t know what to do

We all stumble in the dark and make mistakes. We’re taught to use the mind to think through and solve problems. No one teaches us to tap into our heart, honor our true feelings, and listen to our body’s wisdom.

When it comes to trauma or a catastrophic experience in your life, suppressing your feelings is a dead end. The only way out is to FEEL TO HEAL, then REVEAL; not deny, suppress, and run away.

FeaR, in my definition, is to Face and Rise, not FxxK and Run. Face means recognizing what’s going on and accepting our emotions and reality, which prepares us for the next step.

There is no question that the mind helps us in most situations. But with trauma and emotional issues, the mind can trick us.

During most sessions, we’ll:

  • Identify Your Real Problem – Sometimes what you think is causing your problems are symptoms. There is something more important underneath.
  • Find the Root Cause and Balance the Block – We’ll find out what’s blocking you and keeping you stuck in your situation. Then we’ll use the practices to release the blocked emotion.

Here are some examples of how your mind can trick you:

A mother felt incompetent about giving guidance to her sons. She wanted to become a great mom and give assistance, but she didn’t know how. Our work together revealed that the reason she felt incompetent was due to her wounded inner child relationship with her own mother.

Another client couldn’t maintain healthy boundaries. He was saying YES to everyone and everything. We discovered that he had been bullied at a young age; and when he called for help, no one came. Even then, saying “YES” became his coping mechanism, and he didn’t even realize he was doing it until we revealed it in one of his sessions.

It’s time to stop trying so hard to solve your problems with your mind. To get the life you want, let your heart be your guide!

If our minds could solve all of our problems, then we’d be done!
